This recipe is gluten free and vegetarian.



WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 200g Baking mix
  • 90g Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tablepoons of water
  • 2 Tablespoons of honey
  • A mixer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Greaseproof paper
  • 2 small cake holders

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
  • Put the baking mix, butter, eggs, water and honey into the mixing bowl.
  • Mix it all into a soft creamy mixture.
  • Put the mixture into the two cake holders.
  • Put everything into the oven for 25 minutes
  • Get everything out, let it cool down and tada, your cake is ready to be served!
