STEW WITH RICE | FUSSY EATERS


This recipe is gluten- and dairy free.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Minced meat
  • Green beans
  • Corn
  • Mushrooms
  • Rice
  • Organic and gluten free soy sauce

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Put the minced meat in a frying pan and chop it loose with a fork.
  • Gradually add to the meat the green beans, corn and mushrooms (mind you! Not all at once).
  • Cook the rice.
  • Make yourself a salad (mine consists out of lettuce, sweetener and a gluten- and dairy free salad dresser)
  • Now put everything on a plate. To spice things up you can add some soy sauce and tada, your meal is ready to be served!
